All shipping inside the United States Of America is free with your purchase. This does not include insurance or signature for any purchase under $250. The shipping used on the free feature is UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail(used for Hawaii, Alaska, and some parts of California) depending on location. International orders - Currently thesneakpeek.com is not shipping international, sorry for the inconvenience. We do however ship internationally through ebay.
Each shipment comes with a tracking number and will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS priority mail, depending on the state you live in(all of our labels are printed through paypal and they will send you an email containing your tracking once your package is shipped, if you can't locate the email please check your spam folder).
All orders will leave our location within 2-3 business days of purchase(unless it is a pre-order then your shoes will ship on the day detailed in the description of the shoe).
Shoes will be DOUBLE BOXED in order to keep the original box in GREAT condition.

If your shipment is lost or damaged, we will file all paperwork necessary to start an investigation with the shipping company. We will make every effort to recover your loss for you. But for fraud and other purpose, we will not refund your money back.
